Costa Logistics LLC is a Middle East-based company offering logistics solutions, including freight forwarding, shipping, packing, moving, air, and sea freight services. These Terms and Conditions regulate the rights and obligations between Costa Logistics LLC and its clients.

Services Provided
Freight Forwarding: We arrange the transportation of goods on behalf of our clients, coordinating shipments from origin to destination. Packing and Moving Services: We provide professional packing and relocation services for commercial and residential clients. Shipping Services: Includes both domestic and international shipping services via air, sea, and land. Air and Sea Freight: We offer freight solutions for bulk shipments through air and sea, tailored to client needs.
Booking and Confirmation
All bookings for services must be made in advance and confirmed by Costa Logistics LLC. Bookings will be accepted based on availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service in certain circumstances. A service agreement outlining the specific terms will be provided once a booking is confirmed.
Client Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their goods, including dimensions, weight, content, and destination. Any incorrect or incomplete information may lead to additional charges or delays. Compliance with Laws: Clients are responsible for ensuring that the goods being transported comply with local and international laws. Costa Logistics LLC will not be responsible for any legal issues arising from the transport of restricted or prohibited items. Packing Standards: While we offer professional packing services, if the client chooses to self-pack, the goods must meet international shipping and safety standards.
Payment Terms
All fees, including shipping charges, handling, and any applicable taxes, must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services. Costa Logistics LLC reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments. Any additional charges incurred during the shipment, such as customs duties or unforeseen handling fees, are the client’s responsibility.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Timeframes: All delivery timeframes are estimates. Costa Logistics LLC is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs clearance, or other external factors. Risk and Insurance: Risk of loss or damage to goods is transferred to the client upon delivery to the agreed destination. Clients are encouraged to purchase insurance for high-value items. Customs and Regulations: All shipments are subject to customs regulations. Clients must comply with any customs requirements, and Costa Logistics LLC is not liable for delays or penalties incurred during customs processing.
Liability
Limited Liability: Costa Logistics LLC’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Damage or Loss: While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safe transport of goods, Costa Logistics LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay unless due to our gross negligence. Any claims for damage or loss must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Force Majeure
Costa Logistics LLC is not liable for any failure or delay in service caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, government actions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations: Clients may cancel their booking, but cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for services that were not performed, subject to the terms of the service agreement.
Amendments
Costa Logistics LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Middle East. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
